Lindbergh Art & Music Festival

Please join us on Wednesday June 6th from 6-7:30 pm for our annual display of our children’s fabulous artwork and creations, under the guidance of our art teacher, Mrs. Kirdani.  The artwork will be located throughout the first floor of the building, organized by grade level.

At 6:30 pm, the 3rd Grade Recorder students, led by Ms. Aurigema, will present their concert in the auditorium.

We are also looking for volunteers to help that evening, and also donations of baked goods and refreshments.  Please see the attached form for more information.

Edukits: 2012-2013 School Year Due 6/8/12

Lindbergh Elementary has chosen to offer EduKit School Supply kits for the upcoming school year.  The program is a time saving, simple way for you to ensure that your student has exactly what they need to start the year off right and to be successful throughout the year.  You will no longer need to go from store to store in search of that elusive item that teachers are expecting.  EduKit will take care of that for you!  Your kit will contain the name brand items your teachers have chosen.

This is not a fundraiser, but a service we are offering!

Scholastic Book Fair: 5/22-5/24/12 Buy One Get One Free!

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 22-24th, we will once again be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair!  There will be a wide selection of books starting at about $4.00 and they will be buy one get one free!  Please note that sales tax is now required to be collected and will be charged on all purchases.

Please send money in with your child in an envelope if you wish, as volunteers will be available to help the children.  Checks will be accepted as cash, if made payable to Lindbergh PTA (any change due will be given in cash).

Transportation Eligibility: 2012-2013 School Year

The district has released a memo regarding the changes to the transportation eligibility requirements for the 2012-2013 school year.   There is also a link to the district’s page with maps for each school.   Letters will go home in August with final bus stops and times for the new year.
